Once you've placed your order for your fashionably chic item, please allow us up to 10 business days to carefully package it and send it on its way. Standard care to keep your plush items fluffy and fabulous as long as possible is to machine wash them on a gentle cycle in cold water. Allow them to air dry and never iron.

When in question, spot clean or hand wash them. If your item's faux fur is especially long, it may be best to take your fluffy goodies to be dry cleaned.
