Thanks for placing your order with Fleece Chic!

Please keep in mind that after we receive your order we may take up to 10 business days for processing. Packages will not be able to be tracked at this point due to this time being used to gather and prepare your item/s. Additional time may be needed to prepare your item/s if they are in high demand or during the holiday season.

Once your order has been sent out you will receive a shipping confirmation email
 from Support@FleeceChic.com with your tracking number included.

To track the delivery status of your package you can follow the prompts in the email, or follow the three easy steps below to check on it through our partnering site Parcels.

Please keep in mind that order numbers don’t instantly update with available delivery status. If your tracking number shows that it is currently unavailable, don't be alarmed. Your order has been shipped out and is in transit. Its status should update within a few business days.

Shipping times vary based on the location you are shipping to and the warehouse your package is coming from. The typical time it takes to receive an order is within 15-45 days
Please note that shipping times are guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

There are circumstances that are out of our control such as busy holiday seasons, weather, natural disasters, etc. that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances that our carriers experience that create postponements. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
