Which countries do you ship to?

We happily support shipping across the continental United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

I forgot to enter in my discount code, what do I do?

Contact Us and we will reimburse you for the amount you would have received off.

When will my package be shipped?

Your item/s will take up to 10 business days to be processed, packaged, and shipped out to you. Please allow additional time if it is during the holiday season.

How do I track my package?

Complimentary tracking will be sent to you via email once your package is shipped out, up to 10 business days after you place your order. You can also utilize our Track Your Order  page as well.

I accidentally deleted the email with my tracking code. What do I do?

No problem! Just message us through our Contact Us page and we will get it resent to you.

How long until I receive my order?

Shipping times vary based on the location you are shipping to and the warehouse your item/s are coming from. The typical time it takes to receive an order is within 15-45 days. Please note that shipping times are guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

There are circumstances that are out of our control such as busy holiday seasons, weather, natural disasters, etc. that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances that our carriers experience that create postponements. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Why was only one of my items sent so far?

In an effort to get your things to you as quickly as possible, we do not wait until everything is ready to go together but ship each item as soon as it is good to go.

Why did my tracking number stop working?

If you are buying from outside the United States this may be due to your custom's department putting a temporary hold on your package. We often see this issue arise for customers who live in Canada. The Canadian customs tends to take a long time to resolve holds. To remedy this, we suggest calling them directly and asking them to release your package.

How do I return an item?

Reach out to us through our Contact Us page and we will walk you through the process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We offer a 60 day money-back guarantee, which includes if your item arrives damaged or defective. If an item is returned more than 60 days after delivery it will be denied. However, we occasionally make exceptions to this so please let us know about your issue and we will be happy to help! You can read more about returns on our Refunds & Returns page.

When were you founded?

This cute online boutique was started back in 2021.

Why was Fleece Chic started?

The founder of Fleece Chic grew up in the chilly but beautiful state of Vermont. She often found it difficult to look cute and stylish when she had to bundle up under many layers of clothing if she wanted to stay warm. Sick of looking like a stuffed potato for eight months of the year, she started Fleece Chic to bring together collections for women who similar want to look good and stay comfy no matter how cold it is.

Where are you based out of?

Fleece Chic is based out of Alabama, USA. However, as we are run by a woman whose spouse is currently serving in the armed forces, our location is subject to change.
