Shipping Policy
We offer shipping and complimentary tracking for all of our products to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia (see below for full list). For your peace of mind, we also offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against the unfortunate event of it being lost or damaged by the post office.
How long does processing take?
Please allow 2-4 business days for us to carefully wrap up your plush product/s and send them on their way. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Packages will not be able to be tracked at this point due to us using this time to gather and prepare your item/s. Additional time may be needed to prepare your item/s if they are in high demand or during the busy holiday season.
Once your order has been sent out you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Support@FleeceChic.com with your tracking number included. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it. Additionally, this message will be sent to the email you use at checkout, so please use your best one. You can then follow the prompts in the email on how to track your package, or you can scroll to the bottom of it and click the tracking number next to the item that you want to check on. Alternatively, you can visit our Tracking Page to be directed on how to view the status of your package's delivery.

When will I get my order?
For the most up-to-date information, please view each individual product's page and look at the shipping times listed underneith the "Add to Bag" button as each product may be different. Certain states take a little longer with their shipping. For example New Jersery, Hawaii, and Alaska may require up to two additional days. Furthermore, if we are experiencing a large volume of orders or if it is during the busy holiday season, your package may be a little delayed. Thank you for your patience.
Orders for our Fleece Tights to locations within the continential United States can expect their parcel to arrive within 3-5 business days. Want to get your product faster? We offer 2 day rush Priority Shipping upon request for an additional fee. Contact us through chat, by email, or leave a voicemail if you would like this service.
What countries do we ship to?
We currently ship to: The United States, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Norway, New Zealand, Ireland, Italy, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Denmark, France, Germany, Japan, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, and the Netherlands. Not seeing your country listed? Reach out and I'll see if I can accomodate you.
If you do not receive your parcel and it turns out that you entered in your address incorrectly, we will happily resend your items to you for a reshipping fee.
Additionally, please be aware that we do not offer return shipping. If you choose to return a product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs without a refund. Feel free to read more about our Refunds and Return here.
