These thermal tights run small as they are meant to be compression pantyhose and give you a slimmer waist. Because of this, we have accommodated for it in our "fits like" suggestion. We recommend sizing up if you're in between sizes. Grace is wearing the XL size. She is 5'2" (159cm) and weighs 153lb (69.4kg).<br><br>

To ensure a proper fit, <u>we recommend measuring yourself according to our sizing chart below as customers are responsible for paying any return shipping</u>.
